We take about 7-10 working days to carefully deliver our handcrafted pieces.
Please refer the below terms and conditions regarding exchange and returns:
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition and during SALE period. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), if you find that you’ve made an error with size (for clothing), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
If you would like to exchange a piece of clothing for a different size or have received a defective product please write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.
Please note the shipping cost for sending back the product is to be borne by the customer. The corrected product will be shipped by Little Things without any additional shipping charges. If the product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged for the second time. Feel free to reach out to us in case you have any further queries.
