Exchange and Returns
All the given policies apply both for national and international orders.
Returns
We don’t allow returns both for domestic and international purchases.
What makes my order eligible for exchange?
Your order is eligible for exchange if
- If you have an incorrect product delivered to you i.e., the item delivered doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation,
- If you want the item in a different size, or
- if the item that you’ve received has a quality/manufacturing defect.
- Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.
- Products on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Little Things reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
